Order Dave's Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix As long as Linda was testing recipes on her extended family for the red and black bean soup, we asked for variations of an oatmeal/chocolate chip cookie.  The final, winning recipe was her husband, Dave's, choice.  We like it.  We included the chocolate chips (a separate 3.55 oz. bag of Nestle's chips in each package).  Yes, we use Nestle.  Worth the extra cost to use to have quality for you.  We recommend baking the cookies on the almost done side.  Soft, chewy.  If you like crisp...well, bake longer....but, our collective taste buds recommend on the short side.
