White Chicken Chili
Maggie’s White Chicken Chili Mix Dehydrated beans make this soup ready in 20 minutes.  Add dairy products for smoothness. Feel the cumin create the heat.

Available in Large (makes 2 qts) or Small (makes 1 qt)


Preparation Instructions (large size)

Combine contents of soup pouch and spice packet with 2 quarts (8 Cups) water.  Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.  Add 8 oz. cooked chicken at any time.

In a separate sauce pan mix together and heat 4 oz. sour cream and 3/4 Cup whipping cream.  (It is ok to substitute with "light" sour cream and either milk or fat free half & half).  10 minutes before serving, stir the hot cream mixture into the hot soup mix.  Remove from heat and cool slightly.


Try this:  Add a can of diced chili peppers to the mix.
